We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date of your order.
Product Status:
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging and labels intact.

Go to the "Order History" section.
Select the order containing the product you wish to return.
Follow the instructions to start the return process.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error in our warehouse or a defective product.
Reimbursement:
Once we have received and inspected the return, if it complies with the conditions, we will process the refund within 14 working days.
